About this artwork

Bela Sara made use of a rich palette with vivid colors and, in this painting, a pale pink sky lights up the scene. Hunters figure in several of Bela Sara’s paintings and, in this one, the tables have been turned with a cow/antelope chasing a hunter up a tree.
